YO-MIX™Yogurtcultures

YO-MIX™Yogurtcultures are blends of lactic acid bacteria specially selected for optimum manufacturing of fermented dairy products and alike. We provide a comprehensive range of very fast cultures suitable for shelf-stable yoghurt product application. The use of YO-MIX™makes acidification faster than other fast culture on the other market. YO-MIX™ has consistent performance at different sugar levels and gives a clean mouthfeel with strong yogurt aroma. The YO-MIX™ Yogurt cultures range is available in frozen and freeze-dried formats. The freeze-dried powder form at 4°C can last for up to 18 months self-life. Choose the best format for your production and think about sustainability!

The CHOOZIT™ range comprises individual culture-building blocks, enabling manufacturers to produce their own customised cheese culture solutions.Primarily acid-producing strains can be selected separately from strains with a flavour and/or textural enhancement role.This gives manufacturers greater choice and control over exactly what is added to the cheese vat. The CHOOZIT™ range also provides ready-to-use blends for each type of cheese application.Such blends contain various strains that deliver a complete functional solution in one bag. CHOOZIT™ cultures are all suitable for direct inoculation into the milk vat (DVI) and are available in frozen pellet or freeze-dried form.
